Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Service Issues: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know immediately before leaving the studio. We will do our best to rectify the issue on the spot.
  • Repairs: We offer free repairs for any damage to gel polish or extensions within 3 days of your appointment, provided the damage is due to application error and not improper aftercare.

Booking Fees

Some appointments may require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, the booking fee will be forfeited.
